I always laugh at those so called sources/rumors...do they really think Morey is as stupid as they are?

    We have Tim Ohlbrecht now.
    We don't need Andrew Bynum.

Morey getting into a bidding war over Bynum? Talk about one step forward, two steps back.

High risk high reward? Not too long ago when people were saying Bynum was the second best C after Dwight.

Between a choice of Bynum or Josh Smith, who would you take?

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhh.......... as bad as Howard's health has been at least he's been on the court sometimes...

A fully healthy Bynum is obviously better than Asik, but will that Bynum show up? and how much can you gamble on that?

The immature, inconsistent and injury prone self or those really rare glimpses of him being a dominant center self?

In the interest of turning this into a image/gif posting thread, and because I sincerely feel this way when I imagine Bynum on this team taking minutes from Asik:

I guess I'm the only one that doesn't think it's a crazy idea. Assuming Dwight and Paul were off the market, and that the medical looked promising for him to resume his career, I think offering Bynum a 2 year deal with a team option for the 2nd year is a great idea. Only problem is that we'd have to completely change our system and style of play to accommodate him. Sure he comes with some risk, but there's ways to minimize that risk by structuring a contract accordingly. Doubt it would be as easy as tht though. Philly made a big investment; they're gonna want to see if it can be salvaged. Competition for his services will be fierce. It's unlikely we'd have the best offer. Some lesser team will likely be willing to take a bigger risk.

Another team will offer more than that. Like I said, a bidding war. Let's hope this is nothing more than a lame attempt to drive Bynum's price up.

Dams strategy seems to be call everybody about everyone... Repeatedly. Something might fall into your lap (ie Harden). Whether or not you want that something when it becomes available you can decide then.

I have no doubts DM has reached out to Bynums agent... Doesn't mean anything.

But hey, this is the same board that will spend thousands of posts trying to decode some random dudes "secret coded" message, so go to town

Smokescreen. Morey's after someone we would never think about. Someone who's...coming from INSIDE THE HOUSE.

We've had years of chronic injuries with a center. His name was Yao and it was painful for the players and the fans.

    Do not want.
