According to NBA, the Rockets are #2 in helping all other teams fill up their seats in their arenas.

I guess a lot of the Asian in audience went because of Lin.

Even the commentators said the same thing about the Rockets plan. It's hilarious.

He needed to ask if Lin could play last night, even if he hated Lin. That's no proof of him otherwise.

You expect him to say he dislikes Lin in public?

Jesus, this thread is still going? Stop feeding the trolls, they know what McHale was talking about, they know it's not controversial, they are keeping this up as a fairly expert troll job. Stop buying into it.

McHale sounded like saying you scored 29 points and we lost the game (otherwise why say "we are trying to win"). And we actually won the game against the Thunder when Lin scored 29 points.

Great point. So now you agree that Harden should get the same criticisms like Lin and Parsons, because he should be equally accountable for his mistakes.

I don't think McHale has any negative personal feelings against Lin at all. In fact, I think McHale personally likes Lin alot:

However, the whole team just gutted out an important win against OKC. Was probaby not a good time to criticize, but enjoy the win.

No no basically as I understand it in that game it was Lin's fault that the score was so close and had Lin only taken 5 shots or so the score would have been a blow out. Mchale and his coaching staff did a good job overcoming Jeremy's reckless selfish performance in that game.:)

All the spin in the world will not alter the fact that Mchale was not hired for his credentials and we let an excellent coach in Adelman go because of Kevin "Toady" Mchale.

LOL, you might remember Adelman fondly, but I sure as hell don't. He'd be terrible in a role as a rebuilding coach. I'm REALLY glad he's gone.

Of course he should be accountable for his mistakes, but like I already said all-stars and role players have different standards, so I don't know what you are trying to say.

Since this thread is like a sticky that refuses to die, I'll use it for my Lakers-Denver comments. Psyched to watch them look old and slow tonight!

McHale is beginning to show signs of Alzheimer's in his old age. Or maybe he's just prematurely old and senile. He seems to have something in common with Royce White. Both of them are not right in the head and show troubling signs of mental illness.

Hmm now these rockets "fans" are down to making fun of our team. Some people can be really pathetic.

"Mchale hates Lin" mchale calling out Lin" (first time it's ever happened! ). Calling him senile and claiming he has mental issues. Ugh seriously grow up

Don't make stuff up, dont see him making fun of the team, only of Mchale. That said, I don't agree with his comments, harsh to say the least.
