    And a 3.17 3/4 sprint. That's pretty damn fast.

Man, you guys are obsessed with size. Keep in mind.... Charles Barkley was listed at 6'6" and most people said he was more like 6'4" or 6'5".

Give me a guy who has the motor and a nose for rebounding than some 7 foot lurch any day of the week.

Unless you didn't watch college basketball at all last year, you should know that T. Rob has that special nose for the ball, and that toughness that great rebounders have.

Whether he's 6'8" or 6'10" doesn't really matter to me.... he's MORE THAN big enough to be a difference maker for an NBA team on the glass, and in the paint. He was a late bloomer in college, and he might be a late bloomer in the NBA, but fans are still going to love the other things he will bring nightly.... toughness, hustle, and cleaning up the glass. Anything else they get above that will be gravy.

Thomas Robinson's block stats from college are kind of underwhelming for a big man. I wish we had someone in that position who would be a great shot-blocker.

Why do we care about his block stats? Asik is our rim protector. We don't need Robinson to get blocks. We need him to fight for rebounding position and run the floor hard.

His per 36 avg is about a block per game. And at every level he is made a jump in stats each year. I expect him to get better each year for the next 6-7 years. That's a lot of progression.

Robinson is only a half inch taller than Morris. He's not like D-mo

    No, they don't.

    Pre-Draft Measurements:
    Marcus Morris w/o shoes: 6'7" 230, 6'10" wingspan
    Thomas Robinson w/o shoes: 6'7.75" 244, 7'3.25" wingspan

The standard rule of thumb to measure a player's stardard playing height (to offset overly large/small shoes) is to add one inch to their height without shoes. So Morris is 6'8 and Robinson is 6'9", and that's not even with the huge wingspan (as well as motor/athleticism) difference.
