All in one motion. Yes this is ridiculous. He makes it look too easy.

He could win the dunk contest with that kind of dunk... Why doesn't he compete again?

LOL , if he is able to work on it a bit , he can probably get the pass to be before his feet hit the ground . Then i dont think it would be a travel and he could do it in game .. hes already pretty close.

Because he has all to lose, nothing to gain. Imagine him losing to some no namer ... yeah that's going to hurt his legacy.

Wondered how many posts it would take before the blind Lebron hatred would come out.

C'mon. That was at the minimum very impressive.

was that him on the previous dunk. remember everyone wanted him in the 09 (or maybe 2010) dunk contest and he did all those crazy dunks in the lane with "defenders" in the game

I'm from the future and Lebron never participates in the Slam Dunk Contest.

Reminds me of an NBA Street move I think...It's been so long since I played the original.

That pass off the backboard looks pretty tough if you pay attention. He actually gets very little arm movement, it looks like a lot of wrist and he gets good speed on it. Not to mention the mid air between the legs part to make the timing crucial.

Physically LeBron can do whatever the hell he wants. He would be an all star at all 5 positions if he wanted. If he cared about the dunk contest he would win.

He should do a between the legs pass off the backboard for a dunk in a game. I'd laugh if he pulles it off and dunked it on someone. Hilarious when he jumped ober John Lucas 3.
