Man... the rockets got lazy with this 3 ball crap. I understand that it was falling early and that's great. But they are just too one dimensional in these kind of games. Let's get some fast break points and bang it in there from time to time. Even if we don't get those to go in, we are more likely to get fouled. How many free throws did we have tonight??

Dmo played great, but i don't want him standing out on the 3 line every other play. Useless, especially since he is very talented inside. The 3 is a bonus i think, he should really focus on being a big man instead of imitating steve novak.

there go the same Lin haters who were notably absent last couple games, trying to stir things up.

Very natural.... He has been the main focus besides Harden through good and bad times

Lin had 0 points at halftime and completely failed in clutch moments of the game that's why. McHale's losing all the timeouts and not trying out Terrance Jones when Smith went out really ticked me off... He's just doesn't coach to win he coaches not to lose.

I'm not worried about the Lakers right now. It just hurts to lose games like this that you pencil in as Ws. If Rox play like they did tonight, the easy schedule down the stretch won't mean anything. Rox gotta go out there and earn it.

Asik played like he didn't want to be there IMO. When you have a team on the ropes, you need to put them away.

No, I don't think the Rockets will let the Lakers catch up. But games like these don't help. Rockets have had a long losing streak already this season, and we all know how last season they choked exactly at this same point.

I thought Washington played a very good second half. Their defense tightened up and they made shots. I thought Beverley and D-Mo were good tonight. Glad the Rockets don't play until Wednesday, we need practice time with our new players. Disappointed with the loss, but we can bounce back.

relax! he was 2-9 and only played 26 minutes. Harden 10-23 and Delfino 4-14 both over 35 minutes. I hardly put the blame on him.

Dude, come on: you probably has the Wizards penciled in as a win, right? It doesn't work like that.

Wow, no shortage of knee jerking.

We had a 9 man roster. We lost TD, Morris, PPat and Aldrich. And part way through the game Smith goes down, which means we got 8 guys from our original rotation. Our players are racking up tons of minutes to cover the gaps.

We're playing a back to back and on the Road after beating down OKC and Brooklyn.

Lin has been fighting a cold/flu all week since OKC.

And the Wizards beat Denver x 2, OKC, Atlanta, Portland, Chicago, the Clippers, the Knicks and Brooklyn since the beginning of the year. They have a crappy record, but they're better than their record since John Wall got back.

Honestly, we could have won this game, however I'm not surprised we lost.

We're 2/3 out of the OKC/Brooklyn/Washington stretch, which is pretty darn good even if our loss was to the Wizards.

The bright side is we don't play again until Wednesday... lots of time for players to rest, get in some practice, and sort things out.

    The Rockets will be fine.
