Just get a blank Mini Logo and get some good trucks, bearings, and wheels. You could also tag up your deck....good luck

Grab a deck, slap on a set of Indy's and Spits and you're good to go.

Tekgnar in austin has really legit shop decks. In Houston, go to Soundwaves and get one of their shop decks for 35 dollars and free grip. Cant beat that

No point in spending 50 dollars on a brand like Element, Flip, Real or something.

I liked the weight of Toy Machine boards. But that was 8 years ago. No idea what there is now.

I have two blank decks from Tekgnar a long board (shaped like a regular board) and a reg deck. They're as good as any boards i've bought.

Yea man Tekgnar is an awesome shop. When I started skating....jeez....way back in 2000, that place was a mecca to me.

Also, the old House Park that was just that little corner and had about 8 wooden ramps. That place was where it all began for me. I still need to go check out the new House Park. Looks amazing

I used to go to that place when it was still "Blondie's" in the early 90's -- i've been off my boards for too long and need some new wheels so I think I will be stopping by there soon.

Cockfight...straight outta Houston. Started by an old skate bud of mine from back in the mid-80s. Another good bud of mine rides for them and has three nice decks (Adam Young).

If on a budget, get a blank board. Nice set of reputable trucks. Smaller sized wheels if you're more into tricks and not necessarily speed, and some fast, inexpensive bearings. Search up tgm skateboards on eBay. They have some good deals on individual parts and complete decks.
