Tyreke has been put on the block tiem and time again and it was discussed during the deadline that he migght get shipped to Boston. As for Jimmer, maybe its because no one likes him? I really dont know why the Kings picked him smh.

Hasn't it been pointed out on this forum more than once that the Maloofs did this for money reasons? There are articles out there about it. They aren't tough to find.

Have you seen Martin in his prime? Theres way less than a 5% chance Robinson will be as good as Martin (at his peak one of the best defenders, the best forward on a team that went to the Finals). Theres less than a 1% chance he'll be better than Griffin.

Morey is all about risks based on %. This trade was made because Houstons front office think Patterson peaked - he's shown he's a decent backup PF. Morey thinks DMo, Greg Smith, Ross can replace his production right now while having a shot at being better than 2Pat (they can and have shown they can). So he flipped him for a Top 5 pick thats been disappointing but worth whatever low % chance he'll turn it around because the Rockets don't lose anything. Reality check: stop the griffin/martin comparisons.

On Petrie's end, he thinks Robinson is a bust and a bit of a headcase. He wants to trade him while he still can. So from Kings front office perspective, they view that they turned a mistake and what they predict is a bust into a reliable backup PF that's a solid lockeroom guy.

Can we get an update on Robinson's availability for tonight? We might actually need him considering the length and physicality of the Wiz front court.

From the article, they're with the team, and expected to be cleared to play tomorrow, but McHale is unlikely to put them in the rotation yet.

Clutch lives and breathes Rockets' basketball nearly 24/7 and he loves this trade because of TRob's massive upside. This opinion is also shared by Morey who tried to trade up to a high pick to draft Robinson.

Perhaps you should wait and see how TRob fits with the Rockets before declaring him a bust?

Ummm look at what J.J Hickson did when he was with the Kings! Look at him before the Kings and especially after! Heck Chuck Hayes isn't the same player like he was with out.

Lol, If all the Big guys left the Kings they would play better on any other team.

I don't think it's fair to rate any single player on the Kings by how they perform with that busted team. Chuck, Aaron, Robinson, Jimmer, Cousins, Tyreke, Salmons, anyone. Their draft picks need a 2nd wind somewhere.

IMHO, I think Trob and DMO are better suited for the Jlin's type of play....give them a chance.

DMo is our best PF prospect, followed by Robinson, then Jones, then Greg Smith. Royce White might not be in the league two years from now.

Well Mchale has said he would prefer to see them practice before choosing a role for them. Their next practice is Monday, I believe. So my guess is tuesday will be their rockets debut

Geez I've forgotten about his existence since the trade and the emergence of Donuts. Let's hope he continues to be mediocre in the DL and continues to not exist.

Morey should have taken Jimmer in the trade. Perfect floor spacer, clutch shooter like a 6'-1" Steve Novak. Could give our bench some firepower when Harden is out.
