Yep!!! One of the best sets of announcers I've heard. Probably the best in the league. (or maybe thats due to the freshness factor LOL)
Probably because Lin doesn't usually have a cutting man to pass to. Patterson has always been pick and pop and Asik has no hands. If T Rob knows how to play PnR it could get interesting esp if he can alleyoop off the pnr. It opens more passing lanes for Lin to work with on the pnr.
I think it's on Harden to drive and pass if they're going to clog the lane. Or he could iso and just embarrass people one on one but that doesn't seem like Plan A for the Rockets (rightfully so).
Not getting calls...Harden is getting hammered, he'll eventually get hurt or get a T for arguing. That goaltend on Parsons' clean block was BS.
and his one miss was a nice 3-point look. Also Asik with 8 pts 8 rebounds, the big fella is so consistent. Parson with 10 pts Delfino with 9 Harden needs to stop forcing it Lin with awesome passes...he is looking like a real floor leader Beverly with 2 nice threes what a fun team!
Lin was playing ok before. Now he's playing good. Next year, I predict he plays like an all star. Finally improving his skills to go along with elite athleticism.
Lin is not running plays for Harden, not sure if it's Mchale's call or Lin's own. Harden appears lethargic and disinterested, not moving much. But when he had the ball, he's determined to score all by himself, even if it meant against 4 Nets defenders, which resulted bad shot or turn overs.
I honestly don't mind Jeremy's TOs unless they are the "pass while you're in the air" kind. Those are fixable though. Jeremy tries one or two high risk full court passes a game and they work ~60% of the time. When they don't work, its out of bounds, so its like a missed FG. When they work 60% of the time, thats actually a good play statistically.
I am loving the 7 pts DMO's gotten. Finally, someone gives us back to the hole points. 2pats long jumpers are fool's gold. Dmo does need to pick up on the D to stay longer in the game.
DMo can really play. Once he gets his shot more consistent, we won't miss Pat at all. DMo looks like he can do everything...space the floor, score in the low post, score in transition; this kids gonna be really good if he keeps working.
