Rockets aren't getting to the line and are getting beaten on the boards. I hope they can rectify that in the second half. Harden isn't drawing fouls like he usually does. Getting the ball stripped a lot this game.
Totally love Parsons and McHale's coaching right now. Great use of Parson's length to bother D-Will. I was afraid of Deron lighting up Jeremy with his three point shooting and his shot creating ability. Not going to work against someone like Parson's.
I think DMO could be our second scoring option based on his offensive moves and post play. He's our only post up player we half and is not afraid to attack the basket. McHale seems afraid to play him though...i wonder if its b/c of his defense or what. DMO had a real short leash tonight, few minutes in, did great, then mchale yanked him out
Lins numbers over the last 11 games is like 17 and 7...hes playing pretty darn well for a guy whos so unselfish....and look...Lin has been the PG on this team as of late....top scoring back court in the NBA and top scoring O in the NBA....Lin is a huge part of this
Greg Smith is 4-4 8 points, 2 reb and 1 block in 5 minutes Dmo is 3-4 7 points and 1 rebound in 7 minutes our big are playing good.
I'm actually enjoying the Net's announcers. PBP man is good, and exciting to listen to. (very energetic and loud).
I think Nets made some ajustments knowing Harden likes to push. I expect the beard to dominate when he needs to in the 2nd half. He is that good.
We won't see any of the new guys tonight. I think they are yet to pass physicals, etc. Either way I think the 3 new guys won't make much of an impact this season.
