What? She got her fingernail caught in her nose on the shot? And it "happens all the time" in practice?

This is too hard to believe.

 

Well, the video bears it out. She grabs her nose immediately after the shot.

 

Yeah, no doubt! I guess if my form could be confused for extreme nose picking, I would change my shot.

Or better yet, if I'm coaching a player who keeps getting a finger stuck in her nose while she tries to shoot, I would probably work on her form a little bit. Or just for safety, they could tape her nose down a little. :grin:
