Seeing that he is now in the team, just got a feeling, that TRob will be in the rotation in the next game, and maybe even the starting line up within the next 5 games.

Good job, we need a stronger inside presence and more rebounding.

Sorry for the double script. Trying to figure out which one embeds youtube videos.

This is what I was reminded of.....just replace the characters with DM and McHale.....and Pena for Patterson/Hatterburg for Dmo

guess i'm still in the 'i don't know' zone. i think its more of a housekeeping trade (cap) prior to off season possibilities. the acquisition of Robinson is just more of DaReal Moulder's ongoing second harvest program.

regards to those gone & welcome to the new!

That's really more of what happened with Adelman, and that's why they didn't want him back.

Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore. Who cares what he could do at Kansas. Greg Ostertag could finish at Kansas. So far Robinson has had a terrible time finishing against NBA players.

I hope so. I've got floor seats to the Wiz game on Sat. I'll be watching him closely.

Tuesday - "We won't make any moves, we arehappy with our roster."

Wednesday - "We just traded 30% of our team. Surprise!"

    Freakin' Morey! LOL!!

I'm REALLY excited to see what Robinson brings to the court and frustrated that there isn't more to see and that Morey hasn't provided a comparison of who he sees him as or said where he was on his draft board. I'm assuming Top 3 in this draft which makes me think he has a shot at filling the spot at 4 for the foreseeable future.

What would be awesome is to have Robinson become a legit player and Rockets not only be able to afford to bypass needing any more "stars" who want max money but be able to keep our current squad (starting 5) in tact for the next 5 -7 years. I think this is what Morey sees but who knows. It would be nice to have the consistency of the Spurs team year in and year out vs. this circus of talent that flows through here every year. It's really gotten old to me.

For instance, Duncan, Parker and Ginobili have played together for 10 years now. Duncan - 15 years; Parker - 11 years; Ginobili - 10 years. Then you have Bonner - 7 years. Consistency is key and we have had none. I think with Harden, Parsons, Asik and Lin, we should be able to settle in and let these guys develop together. They have the offense down. Now they need to develop their defense.

    Not fluidly, he couldn't.

As I said, it's all about the role you put him in.

If Robinson turns out as well as the last PF we got from Sac, this trade will haunt the Seattle Kings for years.

    :)

The lowly Sacramento Kings were desperate for a starting PF and have concluded that Thomas Robinson isn't capable of filling that PF need for them. Hardly consistent, the guy had just one good college season after doing nothing his first two. Some college players just can't get it done at the NBA level and this guy may be one of them.

On a side note, the Rockets new backup PG, Patrick Beverley, is shooting 37% from the field and 32% from 3-point range. Beverley was an inefficient shooter/lousy scorer at the college level and a two week hot streak in Russia isn't going to change that.

When you hand your backup PG position to a guy who shot 34% from the field in recent D-League play, you need your head examined and perhaps Morey needs a doctor to take a look at his.

You're kidding right? Not one of our rookies has recieved significant minutes and you expect another rookie to step into the rotation? The starting line-up even?:confused:
