Why is gas so expensive?

Demand is high, and the supply is controlled. It will only go up as more and more people around the world drive cars.

Obama needs to raise the driving age to 18. It's not like they can't take the bus. That will cut gas prices for the rest of us.

 

From my understanding. the US is stock piling oil, where Saudi is selling. I am sure once the US gets enough oil piled up they will start selling for less than what Saudi is charging. Until then, It's a one way street.

 

To be fair, NJ has some of the lowest prices, and the strictest driving laws as far as age goes.

Gas prices hit $3 for the first time when Bush was in office and went well over that.

 

I remember when diesel was cheaper than gasoline.
