    'Not inclined' means doesn't want to. It's different from 'will not'.


    Chicago thinks teams under the cap want to pay Rip~$2M for the rest of the season to help them avoid tax penalty?

    7 million? Keeping Hamilton will cost them a lot more. I see them being in luxury tax next season and possibly one after that. I don't think they have financials to be repeater tax offenders.

    Chicago isn't trading Rip without giving up a first rounder, no team who has the cap space for Rip won't do it for just Rip

    Little upset we didn't capitalize on using our cap space. But over all this trade deadline was an incredible success.

    they might be able to move rip after the season before june 30 to avoid the tax.
