[Take it for what its worth] Bulls getting "plenty of inquiries" from Rockets

Yes. If its just that one player.

 

Someone here mentioned we could trade him as long as he is the only one we are trading (can't package him with another player). I'm not sure if that's correct, but I'd assume Bima knows for sure

 

i think he has a restriction that he cant be traded with another player but can still be traded by himself...

 

The way I understood it (from another thread) was that this restriction only applied to teams over the salary cap which the Rockets are not ..... If thats the case , they can move him with or without other players ?

 

Even without a pick, if we can move Honeycutt/Andersen for Rip it would be an amazing deal. Our bench production would improve dramatically, especially if Delfino is to start. Hamilton would be a huge boost to any playoff push.

 

Honeycutt and two second rounders for Hamilton, the Bulls pick, and the protected Bobcats pick.

Yea there aren't going to be a lot of takers even though Rip still can play. Most of those under the cap don't "need" Rip so there has to be something in it for them other than adding a player (and salary) to the roster.

Stare all you want Gar, Daryl is not blinking. If you think a pick is worth 7 million, then go keep Rip.

Good point. And with the addition of Garcia, we don't really need Rip either. The only reason we would do it is to get another asset.
