    This is getting exciting

Whether something happens tomorrow or not, it's going to be an interesting rest of the season.

Hell no to T-Rob for Smith. The only trade I would consider is for Aldridge.

Yeah, no need to make the same mistake as sac and sell low on a 21yr old #5 pick.

I meant MOOOOOOOOAAAAARRRR trades. :) I want Morey to give me MOAAARRRRR. It would be sweet if Morey could land Rip/Bobcats 1st and J.J. Redick. Would you flip T Jones for Redick?

Aldridge, Smith, Millsap, who cares, they're all about the same.

Unless we can get Love or Howard I'd rather just stand pat and wait until the offseason to make any big moves.

I would take Josh Smith over this rook Smith always produces on the court I dont get the "dont trade for Josh Smith talk" unless yall dont want him cause he wants the max that I get

That's pretty much why. The money we spend on him could be better used to get someone like Howard.

LMA is the dream big man, but Portland won't trade him, him and Lillard have a good thing going for years to come.

Robinson might have more upside than Josh Smith, but you gotta go with the proven one. I'd do Robinson, picks, filler for Smith, but would rather roll with Robinson if they even want Parsons.

    Umm yeah.

You will have to overpay to get him. That is why.

Also you will spend the rest of your max. So if you want another Max player you won't be able to get him.

To anyone wanting Smith, Millsap, Jefferson...ask yourself this.

Are any of those guys THE guy you want to build around? Because by making that move that is what you are doing.

They are also UFA, so why give up anything for something you can get if you just wait a little bit?

This X 10000000000. Read it noobs. Now read it again and again.

Those guys mentioned are all ideal 3rd pieces to a Championship puzzle. You don't pay 3rd options #1 or #2 money unless you want to set your franchise up for mediocrity.

Also, consider that if our Howard pursuit fell short, we could still end up with Smith by signing him in the offseason without having to give up assets, so why trade the #5 pick for him now...

Nobody could have predicted this trade. How does Morey do it?

Aldridge is more athletic and leap years better in the post than the 3 point shooting love...

I'm not in the J Smith fan club. I don't believe he is worth max money especially the way he is playing right now. He destroys our ability to get anyone else and doesn't seem like a Morey type player (efficiency).

    I like this lol

2 is better than 1, and Robinson has a fresh start with the rockets if he plays up to his potential he's not much worse than josh smith IMO
