Guys get this, Robinson averages nearly the same amount of rebounds that patterson does....in just about TEN mins LESS.

    Patt 4.7 in 25.9 mins.
    Robb 4.6 in 16 mins.

    Thats just fantastic.

I hope donuts and jones get a shot. One thing like about morey is he will make a trade. He may not make them when everyone wats, but he makes them. This move is a move to see upside of jones, donuts, and robinson. We've pretty much seen the ceiling for patterson and morris. Both guys are marginal guys in the nba. Donuts and jones are oozing with talent. I think robinson is a buck williams type of guy wth and infcredible story. At least now we get to have some feast and famine along with development.

Considering Robinson's potential, I don't think it's a lateral move at all. We pretty much saw Ppats ceiling.

    I think this was a multi-faceted move:

    Free up time/space for Dmo/Jones

Get a young high upside guy

    Get future assets (2nds/Trob)

Clear a roster spot for the inevetible Hamilton trade

    Clear money for this year

    Clear money for free agency

    Great trade

Another good trade door Morey. Gave up Patterson and Morris for Thomas Robinson who has more upside and already a better rebounder. This might also create some minutes for DMO. Solid.

Probably wont know exact details until it goes thru league approval. Almost every trade we make like this has minor changes to what is initially reported.

When are the Kings going to call the cops on DM? Or maybe they just love getting raped over and over again.

    T-Rob has no offense.

He's purely a hustle guy. His offense will be mostly dunks and shots up close, no moves.

As it is, overall he's a downgrade from PPat and Mook.

BUT he's a rebounding upgrade from both.

Im not sure how he'll fit in the offense, most probably on the pick and roll, in transition and score from garbage.

We just lost our 2 best shooting bigs which forces D-Mo and T-Jones somewhat into that role.

T-Rob is not a 20 point scorer, he's not that kind of player. But he's potentially an elite "get the ball" guy, totally all over the place.
