This is one way to purge America of obese people.
Let them eat themselves to death.

Other than that the owner is bat**** insane.

    Fake outrage here is stupid.

Most of us are pretty ****ty at taking care of our own health and with what we eat. A place like this won't make any difference to that lifestyle whether it's around or not.

They are giving away free food for people over 350 pounds. I think that makes a pretty big difference.

Nothing is truly free. If I was the guy getting free food, I can either take the showcase with pride or embarrassment with the fact that I was being paraded around like a sideshow.

Besides, just because you're at an all you can eat buffet doesn't mean you're forced to pig out until you get meat sweats. You do it because you can't control yourself or don't want to. Not because the buffet restaurant sprinkled flakes of crack over their mediocre mass produced food.

What's the difference between him and Tobacco companies.

It's the consumers decision. They are the idiots.

I agree they are dumb, they know how unhealthy it is I mean the guy makes it pretty clear and they still do not stop. Their spokesperson dies of obesity and another one seems happy to be the spokesperson...even has had open heart surgery and continues to come back because hey, the burgers are good.

He's not helping them, he's enabling them. At the same time he's showing the horrors of obesity. He's showing that it can mentally be a problem and that these people may as well be addicted to it.

So it's sort of like those commercials where the woman talks through a hole in her neck making the message clear that if you smoke this could happen to you.

I went there last year, just like Hooters and Twin Peaks, there was maybe 1 hot nurse and the atmosphere was kinda lame.

I finished the double bypass pretty easily, my buddy ordered the triple, finished about 3/4 and threw up in the bathroom :(

How do they know someone is over 350 pounds? Do they weigh them in the place?

I watched the videos, but has there been any legal progress on this at all? Will it literally take an act of congress, or can Obama not do something via executive order? You'd think considering The First Lady's dedication to nutritional education, we wouldn't have to put up with this crap. But I'd like to see what he has to say for himself in front of her. I mean the guy is "warning" people with a wink-wink, giving away free food to people already at high risk of a heart attack, & to poor people who don't have as many options when offered free food.

Bumfights aren't legal, kevorkian isn't legal; it wouldn't matter how many warnings they issue (much less JOKE warnings), & neither should admitting your a murderer tongue in cheek, when it's true.

    Enough is ENOUGH!

YEs. In one of the videos they showed them weighing in out in the open. Strip them of their dignity, kill them, then joke about it on tv.

who is stripping who of their dignity? who is killing who? Nobody is forced to go to this restaurant.

I can already see where this is gonna go. Someone will claim obesity is a mental illness and that this restaurant exploits that mental illness. I will go ahead and dub this the Royce White argument.
