Cushing is a MONSTAR made JJ WATT look a little weaker than what he really is. Both guys are BEASTS though. Anyone who doesnt agree obviously has never worked out before.
How was he doing more weight? Cush started out with 205 and JJ had 225...they both did 225 on the last set.
I could bench 245 like 3-4 times about a year ago. That was without any supplements besides whey and at a weight about 170 lbs (im 6'). I'm back in the gym now (work and new-born threw me off) and I have some ways to go. Thank the skies for muscle memory. These guys' work depend on their physical shape. They have trainers, chefs, etc so they better be beasts.
