Real is really pushing the ball forward. Manchester could have been up 2-1 in spite of the pressure they're facing.
Can I bother to ask for a link (ManU v Galaticos) please? At work ...can't wait for the replay tonight. MUST WATCH NOW. Thanks.
God Real look bad. I wish they play this bad against Barca in two weeks Avatar Eyes looked horrible today too
Regardless of how each team looked, getting a draw and an away goal in Real was a good result for Man U. It will be tough for Real to get the result they need in Old Trafford to advance. From what I have seen in the first 2 days of the Round of 16 I would expect Juventus, PSG, Man U and Borussia to advance. From the remaining matches I would expect Malaga, Bayern, Schalke and Barcelona to advance giving us a quarterfinals featuring: Juventus PSG Man United Borussia Dortmund Malaga Bayern Munich Schalke Barcelona
Arsenal under dogs at home today. I think this will be one of the bigger upsets in recent memory if they can advance.....but like most I don't think they have it in them.
Mertesacker has been a disaster so far. Failed to close in on the the first goal. Just gave the ball away for a free kick.
Bayern are on a mission to avenge last years loss. Though Arsenal sucks but still, Bayern are favorites along with Barcelona this year. Dat Chelsea defense and Drogba singlehandedly beating both clubs>>>>
Think Bayern are favourites for the CL title this year, incredibly dominant season and one of the best defenses.
I'm looking at this arsenal lineup and wondering how arsene has convinced people in London they are good enough to compete. Arteta is terribly overrated and predictable. Ramsey is not a first team player. I never understood how mertesacker was a first team player for Germany. Podolski is nothing special. Verm has been absolutely pathetic since returning from injury, his mental acuteness has regressed. Giroud is a bird. Such a delicate and soft team. Wilshere, Walcott, sagna and cazorla are the only players good enough to compete at the highest level. Shocking this is the third or fourth biggest club in the world and their denise has been so drawn out and predictable. Bayern look great, but it's men vs boys. Germany's issue has always been closing in the big games, at least over the past decade. I would bet on man u over them.
Kinda weird to be not happy after a 3-1 away win, but Bayern could have done this way more comfortable. Excellent first 30 minutes, then they got lazy. Horrible referee by the way. No red card for Arteta is a travesty.
