It seems Maxwell wasn't such a chucker after all, first appearance at 78 while the Chuckster comes in at 25 Francis, T-mac & Elie making the list as well.
It seems to me a better way to do this would be set the filter to be some less than or equal to some percentage and sort them by 3 point attemps/minute. Something like this: Link
Why the cutoff number of 177 attempts? Anyway, I knew Antoine Walker was the biggest 3pt chucker of all time. Stackhouse was a close second.
If we're really talking about 'chuckers', and since the parameters are such that only low efficiency shooters are included, I think the list should be sorted by volume.
I was just joking about Max, of course he was a chucker but this what that guy used and was reposted by Bullard, just thought it was interesting
I think a really good story that comes out of this information is looking at what Jason Kidd has done for his career. He was historically a bottom ten 3 point Shooter and now Is third All time in three point fg's made. I know the general consensus about Kidd on cf is not positive but what a story
Here are Haberstroh's Twitter links about it

Monta is 41/177 (23%) on 3s. No one has ever shot worse with at least that many attempts in NBA history. Thats the total attempts Monta Ellis is currently at this season. Glad it is straightforward and wasnt TOO arbritary some "advanced" number used. Yeah, there can be a few approaches figuring out the worst 3 point chuckers. Sorting by percentage keeps it at ones with the least points per shot, so still accurate enough of just ineptitude. 3s per-minute also is good as indicating the most WRECKLESS ABANDON. (And yeah in that measure our boy Mad Max places himself up there where you'd think he'd be )
