Butt hurt reporters whining is funny. Reggie doesn't care who you are and of course can't tell you apart. None of us can. 99% of it is all junk anyways. That Jordan piece was good though.
Reggie Miller is gawd awful as a game announcer. Everything he does just "plays" to the "entertainment" aspect of the TV audience instead of giving us no BS game analysis. I like Reggie as a player, but as a TV announcer he is a clown. P.S. More Chris Webber on game color analysis please.
I wouldn't call what he said about Carmelo an example of being a tool. Carmelo is just as good as Durant at scoring. They are different, but they are bother "transcendent." Carmelo can score in ways Durant can't, and Durant can score in ways Carmelo can't. You sound like a Carmelo hater more than Reggie being embarrassingly wrong regarding Melo.
Seriously? I think Webber is just as clueless if not more. The thing with him is he is with Kenny and Charles and provides good entertainment. I would deff. not want to listen to him as a commentator.
You have no idea what you're talking about. C-Webb is very articulate and breaks down the game perfectly for noobs.
ESPN needs to apologize for a lot of the stuff they published under the pretense of "multiple sources."
blanket statement. He is a tard with repeat one liner analysis with a couple of gems every now and then. Great player though.
Agreed. He's really good. Probably the best color analyst among former (recent) players. Brent Barry and Tim Legler are also good in studio, but they don't do color commentary.
I like Hubie. He's kind of slow because of his age. But he's one of the most knowledgeable guys in basketball. I like his analysis.
Well, it helps being 6'10 with very long arms. Same has Nowitzki being 7'0 tall with the shooting ability of Bird. What I'm saying is skill-wise Melo has as many ways to score efficiently as anyone on the planet. He has so many ways he can beat you. And he is about as clutch as they come. All I'm saying is it is not stupid for Reggie to say Melo is an incredible scorer. It was not a good example of calling Reggie a "tool."
I keep hearing that Melo is the most "pure" scorer in the game. I still don't understand what that means. How is he a greater scorer than Kobe Bryant or Kevin Durant?
He is not. Its a myth TNT/ESPN folks created. He is an inefficient volume chucker. Unless they mean he only plays on one side of the floor.
