He's comparing Kobe to Lebron, on the spot. He says Lebron is more dominant and he's like "Eh....but Kobe has more rings." If he was saying rings meant every thing then he'd be behind Russell. If Lebron only wins ONE ring with this Heat team yall know damn well you aren't putting him above the greatest.
Yea he relies on pure athleticism and strength. Its not like he has ridiculously good bball iq and shot selection. Its not like he doesn't have elite court vision and playmaking ability. Its not like he doesn't have an elite jumper and 3 point shot(go look at the stats or just watch him play). Its not like he has a pretty reliable post game already. Its not like he still won't be built like a tank in his 30s(just not as athletic). You can tell when people have no idea what they are talking about when they make such stupid comments.
LeBron was 18 in that photo and already 240 pounds (weighed at pre-draft camp). The strangest argument I see against LeBron is that he's only good because of strength and athleticism. Then why aren't Joey Graham or Kedrick Brown tearing up the league? It makes no sense to me...those people are going to be shocked when he's still a top 5-10 player at age 35. His skill level is extremely high.
Exactly the way I see it. Kobe earned 3 rings, and 2 MVPs (that Nash guy stole one). And Lebron earned 1 ring and 4 MVPs (that Rose guy stole one). Soon Lebron will have his legit 4th MVP and most likely another championship maybe more. He's already going to go down greater than Kobe, and depending on how long he can stay at an elite level he has a shot at overthrowing you know who.
charlotte bobcats draft history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_Bobcats_draft_history at least he didnt mess up on kemba. mkg too early to tell
didn't read the post.......but are you really surprised he disagreed lol? it's human nature to defend yourself.
How many of those who saw MJ's entire career and Lebrons to date as they happened really think Lebron is better than MJ? As someone who did I can't see how you could claim it, that's not to say Lebron couldn't pass him by the end of his career but as of right now I think it's a stupid statement to make when how solid Jordan was, even up to playing at a decent level for the Wiz's at 40 years of age. Lebron is the best in the league by a long way, his best to date I would say is better than Kobe's but Kobe like Jordan has a longer career of great production, something Lebron will probably end up with but who knows what could happen with the odd injury. Given the easier foul calls stars get now(Mad Max's D on Jordan would of had him fouled out in 12 minutes in todays NBA), Jordan's better play in defining moments and the fact Jordan dominated in an era with imo better players overall in the league I think he's sitting fairly cozy as GOAT for the time being.
I think he's slightly better than Jordan...definitely better than Kobe. Kobe and Jordan were lucky to have so much talent around them their whole championship careers. Lebron knew that's what it took to win and moved to Miami...MJ and Kobe probably never would have made it to the finals with the teams Lebron had in Cleveland. Lebron is still so young...it'll be interesting to see where he ends up when his career is over. I say he'll be the new GOAT when his career is done, he's just too damn good. I never thought he'd be this great, but man he's such a rare talent with genetics and the work ethic to enhance it. Simply amazing.
