I will say one thing - we would stand a better chance against OKC cause Gogi would get outplay Westbrook and get him all frustrated...
I'm not defending Dragic either. I stated I don't think we can contend with either of them as out starting PG and even mentioned Dragic poor shooting. Saying Lin is "way better" is absurd though. Lin isn't having a good season either except on the defensive end. I think they're both backup pgs.
Both guys are decent mediocre point guards but Harden would be better served with a guard like J.J. Redick in the backcourt with him.
Actually they knew they could take Lin out of the game because of his inexperience. Parsons is the guy who didn't step up. He only took nine shots.
Yup Westbrook was really frustrated.... <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZhgi-gfX2c" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Well, duh. The guy averaged 8.4 assists as a starter in Houston and had some ridiculous Top 10 dimes during that course. Silly statement.
Use to think Dragic > Lin at the becoming of the season but as I watch Lin play more this season he's develop so much since Linsanity, he becoming a well rounded player this year and he still has a lot of room to improve which is fitting for this young team. I've watched a lot of the Suns game this year because of Scola and Dragic, I can tell you Dragic is still the same player he was when he was in Houston. The biggest flaw I see in him is he's not a good floor general, often times when facing tough opponents (elite pg) he will force the issue too much and turn into iso ball. Dragic is a combo guard more fitting to be a 6th man on a good team imo.
You guys need to think outside the box. We saw how it was when Harden was the primary playmaker earlier in the year and Lin just sitting at the three point line. Turnovers, turnovers, etc. Teams just double team Harden. With Lin, most teams can't do that, only the really good defense teams can shut down Harden and Lin's playmaking. Also, when their minutes were straggered we were blowing teams out.
Many of you guys think harden would be better off pair with a shooter,so that can maximum Harden's ability to run the offense. Consider this, Harden now drive to the lane about 9 times per game, 5th most in the league, No.1 in foul called. Lin drive to lane about 8 times per game, point made per drive is on par with Parker. If pair Harden with a shooter, does that mean Harden need to drive 9+8 times per game, en... I dont think so, but I think he need drive quite a bit more than 9 times in order to run the offense efficiently, which would likely put a heavier burden on his body. Pair Harden with a shooter like JJ redick , or a defensive guard like LEE, or with LIN as dual-engine, each solution has pros and cons, just dont make up your mind so easily.
J.J. has point guard skills as well and can get to the basket (granted not as good as Lin) but J.J. stretches the floor and he can't be left open. This guy would consistently average 17-20 points in this offense. Which would also increase Harden's production. He would be an excellent option starting or coming off the bench.
To say Lin is a better player than Dragic is just stupid. When Gogi was here, he was nails, night in and night out. He was constantly coming up with big plays and big nights, which is why he was a fan favorite. I don't really care what he is doing in Phoenix now, because they are a trainwreck of an organization. We would be a better team with him.
The best backcourt pairing would be Harden w/ OJ Mayo or Lin w/ OJ Mayo. OJ can shoot the 3, drive the lane AND go up for alleyoop lob dunks, which is important for wing players these days as defenses are leaving the baseline more open.
