New data-tracking camera system says something different:
    http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-triangle/post/_/id/50343/the-height-of-wonkery-an-in-depth-look-at-the-nba-with-the-most-innovative-technology-available
Just copy things about Jeremy and Dragic from there:
    ----------
Jeremy Lin is averaging 8.1 drives per game, ninth among all players, and even though he’s having a disappointing season, the Rockets are scoring 1.32 points per possession when Lin drives — about what the Spurs have scored on Parker drive possessions.
    ----------
Goran Dragic shoots on just 36 percent of his drives, one of the lowest numbers in the league among all players recorded by the cameras. That seems awfully low for such a creative finisher.

I LOVE Dragic, but still, he was that effective with the ball in his hands.

I don't think Lin or Dragic is the right compliment to Harden.

I miss Courtney Lee. I think Lee/Harden backcourt would be dominant. Lee can play off the ball, hit 3s, and plays fantastic D.

Agreed. It hurt more when we lost CLee than it did with Gogi. Harden/Lee SG rotation would've been really really good.

Linsanity is better than him though. That Linsaty we saw from last year with the Knicks during that winning streak is a SUPERSTAR. Wish we had him, though. :(

I miss Dragic, he was having an all star season last year. Don't quite remember the numbers, but after Lowry went down he was putting up around 17/9/6 as a starter. The only reason I might prefer Lin over Dragic is because he's younger and will hit his prime alongside Harden, Parsons and Dmo.

Dragic is better than Lin but honestly, I hate this what if game. Who knows, maybe Dragic costing more than Lin would've affected our ability to get Harden (I don't think it would but who knows).

I am A LOT happier with where this team is right now than where we were last year and I am sure every true fan is.

Dragic is a damn good player and I do hope he succeeds but I am much more comfortable with building a team around Harden than I would be building a team around Dragic.

Dragic won't be missed, a soft defender with zero leadership in his blood.

Not sure about this. Are we talking about that 2 or 3 week span of Linsanity when he led a depleted team to a winning streak, knocking down a game winner, and averaging sick numbers?

Rockets fans seem to be overrating Dragic. I was in the camp that maintained having him instead of Lin, but Lin has a higher ceiling and I'm totally cool with waiting for him to develop. Its the LOF trolls on this site that make it unbearable.

That's BS. Some players like Paul, Wade, and Irving are top talents that can adjust to just about anything because they're just more talented than 95% of anyone in the league. Other players that are not as talented need systems and other players around them to enable then to play to their strengths. That's just basic stuff.

    I was talking about everything.

Dragic as a starter last season: 28 games, 18 PPG (49% FG), 8.4 APG (to 3.2 TOPG), 3.5 RPG, 1.8 SPG.

Lin as a starter last season: 25 games, 18.2 PPG (44.5% FG), 7.7 APG (to 4.7 TOPG), 3.7 RPG, 2 SPG.
