Here there isn't any kite. It's a cable that pulls you around the park. They are pretty popular in Texas and they have a pretty cool one in Houston (http://wakenationhouston.com/). Though I haven't had a chance to ride it, I often hear people traveling to Houston just to ride it. Thank's for those links. I had no idea this existed. I probably won't use it though because a boost of 2000+ views in a day would sound a little fishy considering we only have 1000+ views in 2 months!
