That would be a sight to see. I don't think it will happen, but seeing Kobe losing favor and being traded would be delightful. Especially to a non playoff team, somewhere in the East.
Not quite the season the fans envisioned for their beloved Lakers when during the offseason they all hit the K-Y and beat themselves into a froth over championship dreams. I never thought I'd say, I almost feel bad for Kobe. Guy obviously loves the game, and would play even if he had a bullet lodged in his hamstring: "Just wrap some duct tape on it."
Kobe has a no trade clause, and that article is bunk. Screamin A. talking about he said Rudy Gay made a mistake but they played Toronto before he was traded there, which brings me to my next point. Rudy Gay was traded to Toronto, he didn't sign as a free agent so to say he made a mistake is all wrong.... LOL@ this. That said, I'm waiting for the day this team is too many loses to make it in so I can watch everybody but Kobe get blamed again.
My life would be complete to see an embarrassed 36 year old kobe playing for a bottom feeder like da Bobcats or Wizards, still jackin up 40 shots a game ta get his numbers but losing every game, no playoffs lol. Hey, he always wanted to be "Like Mike" so why not

Yep, the Suns are nobody's concern. They will find a way to mess up. The Lakers crumbling would be very sweet. And Kobe has a no-trade clause. BUT, IF the Lakers really prefer Howard over him, they could conceivably tell Kobe straight to his face that Howard would be their future and hoped that Kobe would be so pissed off he would demand a trade. Maybe they could trade Kobe for Pierce since Kobe believed that the Celtics were the only team other than the Lakers that had a winning attitude.

It's funny looking back at all those rumors that Dwight and Kobe weren't crazy about becoming teammates before Dwight was ultimately traded to LA.
