My patella tendon graft eventually tore again. My hamstring tendon graft is partially torn. I'm not doing a 3rd ACL reconstruction.
cadaver FTW?? now that sucks. i've torn both, but am still holding on to the "repaired acls are much less likely to re-tear" claim.
Yeah the nerve block doesn't last super long. When I had it done after my elbow surgery I think it lasted for 3 days or so. Did they give you any other pain killers?
I got hydrocodone to go with it. It just sucks because no matter how I position my leg, I cannot get in a comfortable position. It's not hurting as bad as it was hurting earlier though. Foot and toes are pretty numb still.
Hmmm.... Maybe that is why my knee has so much pain. So much bball and tennis probably wasn't good for it.
