Lin was shooting pretty poorly at the start of the season, but his recovery probably had a lot to do with it. I totally agree with you on #2 and #3. For how Lin is be utilize in this offense, his 12+ points and 6+ assists stats are very good. What I'm trying to say is if the McFail makes some minor adjustments, I can totally see Lin having some better than average/elite numbers like 16-18 points and 7-9 assists per night. On the assists side alone, I see 2 or 3 easy hoops missed.

Griffin came in at the 8:56 min mark 4th qtr

DeAndre didn't even play the 4th

    Paul
    Butler
    Billups

came in at the 4:36 min mark just to jog around and kill time.

You don't put some of you key players back to jog around and kill time, especially when you have a big rival game the next day, you do that with your bench.

It was a 16pt lead with 4mins left. They just held onto the ball and used a lot of the clock. Vinny just wanted to make sure they didn't choke.

if you're a PG mchale is the worst kind of coach you can have. when lowry and dragic were on the rockets you always hear the same kind of constant complaining about mchale's odd rotations and not properly utilizing the pg's. mchale doesn't want his pg to do anything except bring up the ball then go stand in the corner. lowry hated mchale so much that he demanded to be traded to toronto which is why lowry is no longer a rocket.

That's my point...Credit is still due to the Clippers but that 1st quarter, to me, was almost a fluke as the Clippers were shooting way over 70%! Without that quarter the game would have been very close or Rockets would have even edged the Clippers. Rockets made only 5-24 3 pointers and a lot of them were open 3s. You can't blame TOs as Rockets only edged the Clippers by 2.

Dunno what happened to Lin after the first quarter, he went from Linsanity mode to scrub mode. Parsons even overtook him in the second half for best player of the game.

Can somebody hold Parsons Defense accountable (allowed 32Points), or are we going to gloss over it because of his pay grade and draft position

His wrist was injured after a fall and reinjured after a kick in the first half. I think that affect his game. When asked in the post game interview, Lin said it hurts all around but also said it's just part of the game.
Basiclly just a lot of hard foul.

having your dominant hand stepped on and bruised will do that to you. also took a pretty hard fall on a layout and got up slowly, jogged like an old man back on defense.

Check out this video and it'll answer your question.

[Video] Ryan Hollins kicks Jeremy Lin (flagrant foul)

He was obviously hurting, you can tell when he shot the 3 ball, in which the ball had good trajectory but fell way short.

I didn't notice that but you're right! Parsons was the primary ball handler following Lin's 2nd TO. Very questionable coaching decision considering Lin was playing great until that point. I don't know why this should be a surprise. McFail has been stinking it up all season but he's been saved to this point because this team has so much talent. It amazes me why so many clueless fans still attribute Rockets success to this crappy coach considering the plethora of games where he was the primary reason that the Rockets lost.

Btw, D-Mo looked really really good yet McFail simply wouldn't give him minutes until now. This while Royce White, the entitled epitome of prima donna gets chance after chance because he was personally chosen by McFail. Do I need to say more?

We were losing by 1 at the half and lost by like 6-8 points in the first game even though we were in the middle of a 7 game skid and exhausted.... Last night we had already lost the game in the first quarter... Yeah, Harden makes a HUGE difference.
