    Wow, it's obvious.

Kobe needs help to build a good team but LeBron doesn't.

LOLwut? I'd rather have Lamar Odom and Dleague guys than the rest of the Cleveland roster. Larry Hughes was so bad he had a hate site devoted to him. Why are you highlighting Big Z when Ronny Turiaf was so much better?

My mistake, one of those 50 pt games came on the terribly inefficient shooting percentage of 49%

Last part of your statement is ridiculous.

The team after LeBron was much weaker up front. Also Mo Williams (all-star at the time) was hurt and falling off.

Z & Hughes were all stars.

Clearly you have no clue what you are talking about....

It was Boobie Gibson who carried the Cavs past the Pistons in Game 7 of the ECF

LeBron had much stronger casts in Cleveland....

Majority of that Lakers roster did not even belong in the NBA or professional basketball.

Most of the guys on the first roster had long careers or went onto have long careers in the NBA.

Why highlight Bynum? He was very raw back then.

    Turiaf played 15MPG, Bynum 20....

His best supporting guys were bench players???

    You are proving nothing. Stop.

One was much better than the other in a conference unarguably weaker than the other....

I hate these debates about 'who had it worse.'

But I can't let this slide. Stating that he has 'no clue' what he's talking about and then bringing up Larry Hughes as an asset is totally ironic. I'm a Cavs fan. I actually watched a lot of those games.

Oh BTW Hughes never made an all-star team.

Blue Line: GmScr/36min every 6 games
Orange/Red Line: 20 point moving average of blue line.

Kobe has had a few 6 game stretches as impressive statistically as LeBron's recent 6 games (arguably more so). LeBron has played more consistently at an extremely high level.

    My mistake on Hughes.

I do stand by my statement. Saying you would rather have a guy who played 15mpg (Turiaf) over a 2-time All-Star (Z) is ridiculous.

Did you see the teams he faced to get there? The wizards without their trio, has been nets/pistons teams.

He chose to take a paycut and thus he had better teammates? Definitely not. The real issue is did he have better teammates. The answer is of course no.

Kobe had one of the most dominant players of all time with him in Shaq for his first 3 rings. He won 2 more with Gasol/Bynum/Odom and eventually Artest.

LeBron had Wade and Bosh. Chalmers and Haslem are great role players. Let's throw in Juwan Howard for his elite locker room presence.

MJ had Pippen and, at various points, Rodman/old Harper/Horace Grant/Bill Cartwright/ and BJ Armstrong and his perplexing all-star appearance. Notable mentions are superstars Paxson and Kerr.

Let's not pretend that these guys didn't have help just because they got paid more than MJ. You could make the argument that they even had better teammates.

I'd probably pick the two bigmen just because of the risks inherent in betting on a perimeter player, but Jordan to me is definitely the GOAT. He sustained his dominance and ruled the league in the 90's. Kareem is definitely in the conversation but he eventually player second fiddle to Magic in his Laker years. Hakeem won twice and that was it.

Regular season dominance tells us absolutely nothing about the playoffs. Need I remind you that the Rockets were dominated by Orlando in the regular season during the 1994-1995 season? I'm pretty sure you know what happened in the Finals.

Most important part of that stretch is the Bulls were 5-6.. I believe the Heat have won all of these games.
