    I'm also referring to running different offensive sets against different teams. Preparing for games, XOs in game situations, calling time outs, defensive rotations, Making ingame adjustments. If the only thing that he has going on is his motivational and people management skill, maybe he needs to surround himself with a better defensive and offensive coaching staff.

    Actually the lack of good personnel does. They're forced to play Lin at #2 because Delfino hasn't done much tonight in that position. So that means either Beverley or Anderson is running 1. The way McHale runs the offense, it's looking to pass around the 3 line. This basically mitigates all of Lin's strengths, because he's forced to ... park in the corner.

    Well we won't hear about the San Antonio game without Harden anymore.

    If anything this game showed how Harden helps Lin and Parsons get quality shots.
