Agreed but when you know people in the NBA often times they know something about other rumors.

The only players on either the Wizards or the Hornets that would classify as a true 1-2 punch would be the addition of Wall or Davis and those just aren't likely.

This game can't be doing much for our recruiting efforts.

I can't see Washington getting rid of Wall and I can't see Houston getting rid of Lin.

    I agree with AbrahamLincoln.

I think most y'all trying to figure out the Schrodinger reference are wikipedia-ing for answers, as if you are just new to his work.

The simple explanation is Schrodinger's paradox means you can never really know the outcome of a random event until you open the box.

Thus why Doc Rocket curses Schrodinger...because Doc knows he can never really know the outcome of a rumor. "Curse you rumor...Curse you."

Erwin Schrodinger is a reference to the Matrix, Shawn Marion. Maybe Dallas is scuttling a trade we are working on by offering up Marion and blocking us.

Wow, just throws it out there now.

@Codman: Is the deal that you think has a chance to go down a trade deadline thing or a summer thing? Need to know how much work productivity I should plan on missing next week, hahaha.

    This makes sense.

So, Harden talks to DH12 this weekend. "What you wanna do?"

If DH12 waffles/vacilates, take the Jsmoove deal.

Which wouldn't bother me, as I see Howard as a long shot. Because we need defense something bad (Jsmoove), and Parsons is integral to this team.

I hate to say this but I think everyone on the team is fair game except Lin and Harden.

Wonder what we'd be giving up in a J Smooth deal?

Hopefully not more than Terrence Jones, Morris, Douglas, Aldrich and a draft pick in the future.

Well, we do have $7,000,000 to absorb his contract.

    It'd be a tough call, wouldn't it?

J Smooth would play 4 for us, we'd have a good chance to clear some of our overload at that spot.

    Cole Aldrich as an expiring.

    C. Delfino because he can play 3 fot them and be waived for next season.

    Ppat.

    Tjones.

Then we'd take some of their lower-salaried dudes to round out the roster numbers, even if the guys wind up waived.

You can say, "Well, they'll ask for more," which is true. But the cap savings is there. Next year they won't have Josh Smith taking up, say, $13-14 million in cap space.

Jones and a draft pick and a young role player (I.e. three mid-first rounders) for a half a season rental?

I guess that's fair, but I have high expectations for Jones. Its more than worth it if we lock up J Smooth on a reasonable deal. I think he'd fit we'll in our scheme.
