All underachievers except for Wilkins, who really must not care about anything other than playing.

Haha probably both. It would be cool just to see what these guys have left. Who do yall think is the best at this stage of their lives? I'm going with Penny for some reason.

I don't know about the best, but my money would be on Shawn Kemp being the worst off today. 2nd place to the Franchise.

I think Nick Van Excel might be doing well- that dude was amazing when he started doing Houston radio with John and Lance. That was seriously the best radio I've ever heard in my life.

Except, of course, for the whole "son getting 60 years in prison for killing a guy" thing.

Geez. Did not know about that. I'll say Sam then- currently an assistant coach in the league.

I'm attempting to bump this thread in anger of not hearing anything about it prior to the game. I just found out that they had this game and saw pictures of it. There was a maximum of 40-50 people in the stands. OK I know this isn't a big deal to everybody but who cares? U of H or somebody could have at least promoted and advertised this game. Even though the players are old and out of shape, many of them are NBA legends. Most importantly, they could have turned this into a fundraiser event or at the very least bring some attention to U of H for possible future events. I take classes at U of H Main Monday through Thursday and I didn't see one measly poster, advertisement, or whisper about this.

I know I'm making it sound like the end of the world but the University of Houston doesn't show much of an effort on things like this.....OR PARKING!!!!!

really sad to hear about that- I wanted to go but I was busy. I agree with the poor promotion. I only heard about it through CF. Anyone got stories/experiences to share from the game? Wish I could have gone.

    It is a fundraiser....for the players. ;)

Notice it is not NBA sanctioned.
