-Really, really impressive that Jeremy was 14 and 10 with no TOs playing in only 28 minutes. That works out to 18 and 12 in 36 mins.

-Parsons with a near triple double, 21, 9, and 8. Daaaayum. Might be his best game of the season. Turning out to be one of the most versatile and best scoring glue guys in the league.

-Asik gonna Asik. Not surprised at all when he gets 13 and 15 and similar. How many centers in the league can you say that about?

-Bench played very well. If the young guys can learn to play like this consistently we're going to beat a lot of teams in the future.

-Harden is one tough SOB. I wasn't surprised when he checked back in after that nasty-looking sprain, and that says a lot. Almost wish he was going to bow out from the ASG even though it's here in H-Town, just so he can be well rested and healthy down the stretch. Maybe the Rockets can request that he only gets 15 minutes or so due to his injury status.

All these people have something in common I can't quite put my finger on just yet.
Most of them have blue on!

Honestly, Curry needs to come to Rockets and Lin needs to go to Golden State.

Golden State could use a good penetrating player like Lin, and Lin's defense/rebounds helps more because they don't have the rebounding machine in GS (although Lee is a great rebounder)

Curry fits way better into the Houston type of offense where PGs are forced to defer the ball to Harden, play off the ball, and sit back&shoot. Although we lose a penetrating player like Lin, we have Harden so its fine.

It's also better for Lin's career, seeing as how coaches seem to have something out against Lin for god knows what reason. His stats and PER should also go up a lot.

Unless you are being sarcastic, NBA players always try to shoot when they know they are going to get fouled. Sometimes the referees bite on it too. I blame on the stupid "NBA Continuation" rule. There is no such thing as "continuation" in high school / college. I officiate a ton of basketball. High school games are not an issue but adult leagues are a pain. Adult leagues typically operate on high school / college rules but yet the adults will always ask for continuation.

GSW doesn't make that trade, at least without some pretty strong sweeteners. It might take both Lin and Parsons, which is a trade I would not make.

The other problem is Curry's injury history. It's a lot worse than Lin's. Skeptical of Curry's ability to stay healthy.

    Nothing wrong with continuation.

Fouling is inherently bad defense, so why penalize a good offensive play and reward bad defense.

Surprisingly there weren't that many Rockets jerseys in the audience but there were plenty of Lin fans. Every time JLin got to the line, there were tons of boos and after he sank the FT, there were tons of cheers.

    - This was an ugly game from both sides and was not much fun to watch.
    - We sucked less than the Warriors tonight, which is the main reason why we won but neither team really got much momentum the entire game.
    - The Harden sprain looked really bad.
    - The refs were terrible with ticky tack fouls and lots of make up calls for bogus fouls for both sides, but more in favor of the Warriors of course.
    - Cole Aldrich is terrible. He needs to go. Ship his a$$ out cuz he is completely useless on both ends of the court.
    - Curry came to play tonight and JLin just looked like molasses out there for most of the game. JLin had a quiet 14 and 10 night.
    - Marcus Morris had a nice poster dunk on Bogut that made the arena go ooooooh.

    Go Rockets!

I guess the only thing Lin could do is to become a better all around player who can play in most systems.

Harden had 7/22 in FG, 2/8 in 3P and 11/11 in FT.

    LIN had 3/11, 0/2, and 8/8.

But not when we're just doing it to attend to an injured player. It was in bad form, probably just a brain fart, but still, it didn't sit right with me.
Btw, the atmosphere was not as intense as I expected considering what I thought would be a budding rivalry. Maybe it was their losing streak that had the fans out of it. Fun game, though. Good win!

Simple, that means they are all GSW fans (naturally) but they love Lin and are also Lin fans. :p

Don't exaggerate. There are only 24 seconds for each possession.

    Bingo!

And he is already on his way (with Mcfail forcing him to improve his outside shooting against some people here's wills)

Hmm, I think Lin has more fans in the Bay Area than Houston.

I'm just getting back from the game. I'm in that picture!

Fun time. A few Rocket fans in attendance, mix that with the LOF's and it was pretty loud in there for us.

On our way out, my gf and I decided to get as close as we could to the court to take some pictures and somehow we got lucky enough to hang out during the meet and greet, no idea that was going to happen.

Hope all Rocket fans had a great time, you may of seen me, my girlfriend and I were both in Harden jerseys.

I'll post some pictures tomorrow, none of them are on my phone.

great lines from Parsons and Harden. Doesn't matter if you are shooting poorly. With that much contribution, you have a good chance of winning.
