Nice to see some great chipsets by Qualcomm to follow up some so-so ones, especially since they seem to be the only chipsets for LTE in the NA at the moment (not that I personally care much about LTE, but lots of people do, including manufacturers).
I tried out Chrome for a while on my Nexus 10, couldn't stand some of the lag, so I dled Boat. Much, much better for now. Seems like they updated chrome but the issues are still there. I haven't noticed any crashing of 4.2 yet though as some people have previously complained about with the update.
I use Boat on my TouchPad tablet running ICS and it has a weird habit of freezing, requiring me to re-download it. Still prefer Boat to other browsers.
I think Firefox and Boat are better than Chrome right now for Android tablets. It just seems like they took Chrome out of beta too early. It's definitely not optimized yet for the Nexus 10, anyway. I wish they had kept the stock browser.

Question for you phone geeks: I've got to replace a stolen phone, and my finances only allow me 150 for a used phone with decent specs, I'm looking at a Galaxy Nexus, a Droid Bionic and a HTC Rezound. Price and condition are about the same...which one would you go with?
I know you had the HTC before, did you like the HTC Skin/Format? If you wait just straight Android/Google, I'd go for the Galaxy Nexus. If you liked all the extra stuff HTC had in their phones, HTC Rezound is a good option. I wouldn't consider the Bionic, the Droid Razr was much superior than the Bionic.
I almost contacted you directly thru FB cause I knew when it came to cellphones...you know your stuff. After considerable research, I am leaning towards the Nexus....I read it has better features and hardware than the Bionic and the HTCs still seem to have battery issues....like my old Evo did. no prob, you're always da man... HTC has improved on their battery life, but not until the HTC One/X line. Rezound is better at battery life than its previous devices, Incredible, Thunderbolt. HTC has always ruled with awesome cameras since the Incredible 1. The Nexus had good battery life when I had it, but still kept a spare battery with me.
getting fed up with paying full price monthly fees for Verizon since losing my employee discount, just ordered mine 16GB Nexus 4, now the 2-3 week wait..... anybody have opinions on the prepaid GSM service in Houston? I'm going to hop on the $30/month 100 min unlimited text/data once I get it activated. My only concern is the data coverage inside of Toyota Center, but outside of Verizon, its going to suck....
It'll probably come in faster than that. My buddy ordered one last thursday and it shipped yesterday. Not sure about Toyota center but t-mobile sucks inside the Reliant but so does At&t. In fact even Verizon only gets decent 3G inside the Reliant. I used to be on Verizon but haven't missed it much since I went to T-mobile, but then again my old verizon account is still active. I've just put it into a 4g hotspot to share amongst all my devices when I need it but mostly I'm just using my N4 on T-mobile with that exact same plan. I'm more than satisfied with the coverage within Houston.
Thanks for the info dont think I'd care about the data coverage inside of the Toyota Center since they have free wifi now, but Kam has his iPhone 5 and complains about his coverage with ATT all the time. I had the G1 back in '09 and never had issues using in Toyota Center, so wonder why it has sucked since.
I can always tell the AT&T customers when I'm at league in Pasadena, they are the ones having to step outside to make a call. Ive never had any issue with coverage with either Sprint or VZW in the same place. Its the main reason why I didnt even consider AT&T when I switched from Sprint to Verizon.
