This game could tell us are we need a trade to get solid PF or we already have many talents in D-Mo, White and Terrence ''SlowMo'' Jones :)

IF this kid doesn't have any mental setbacks and IF his talent can transfer to the NBA level he will be an excellent asset to this team in some form or fashion.

If he has a couple of good games in the D-League I can see him maybe getting some time on the court with the big boys. Morey and McHale want to prove they where right for drafting him.

I like his style of play. I hope he develops a game for when he doesn't have the ball. I hope he find a way to cut the turnovers down without losing his play making ability.

If he wants to fit in, he has to focus on defensive rotations and rebounds. That's why Parsons got on the floor and why Greg Smith got demoted.

Curious what the Rockets see his role as on offense. A primary ball handler off the bench? A low post threat?

I doubt he plays much. He's not in basketball shape, and I don't think anyone within the organization expects him to be.

But I am very much looking forward to this game. Jones-White-Smith will make the D-League's best ever front court.

Maine to McAllen must be one hell of a road trip.

White is probably our best rebounding and defensive forward on the roaster RIGHT NOW... He is an enforcer on the court with a no layup policy and the Rockets can use that badly.

World of possibilities on the offensive end. He has a suspect jump shot but he can put the ball on the floor and drive and dish and he does have a legitimate around the basket game. Swing man 3 & 4 on the offensive end.

White and Jones or the reason I believe the Rockets are not going to go after a big name small forward (unless it's L.A. or Love) both of these guys along with Patterson makes us formidable at the forward spot.

2 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists, and mild anxiety.

Lots of people will be watching. If they are smart, they will play him for 20 minutes+.

I wonder if he's consulted with Royce's doctor about that.

I'll be surprised if he gets very many minutes. He's had one practice and hasn't played any ball in three or four months.

D-League is killing Terrence Jones. For some players, it's a confidence destroyer being sent down.

It depends how the player approaches it. Marcus Morris was the same last year, he hated being assigned to the D-Leage. But, then you have players like D-Mo who actually request to be sent down just so he can play basketball.
