Fast forward to 0:36. Jeremy must have worked out with GP.

I honestly think he'll go the path that Yao went, and that is get injured to the point of being unable to play and forced to retire.

He takes some fricken shots in games, and he goes down hard sometimes. And it's only his 2nd season? He'll have a very short career if he doesn't take care of himself on the court.

Acie Law got more playing time over Lin during his rookie season, but he didn't make the team the following season either. The Warriors drafted Charles Jenkins after Lin's rookie year, and eventually picked up Ish Smith (later waived) and Nate Robinson.

The reason that's been said that Lin got cut was that they were trying to make an offer sheet to Deandre Jordan. Just like the Rockets cut Lin to give the spot to Samuel Dalambert.

Can't blame Coach Mark Jackson either, since Spike Lee was trolling him about Lin and got a response from Coach Jackson.

Never saw those videos. good Stuff. And Lin a steal machine like the glove. Gary must be smiling from ear to ear on giving Lin a spin and seeing him rise to stardom well before his time. and Kudo's to Webber for paying attention, and having the courage to tell the world Lin might be awright, well before anyone on TV would even consider backing that up.

Remember though, C-Webb had already got a front row glimpse of Lin during his stint in the summer league, especially the game that got him the most attention.

    So did Kevin McHale.

That steal in the summer league game was ridiculous. Elite explosive speed there.

Anyway Nice find. I have never seen the McHale video one. And yeah the C-webb thing is interesting. Chris has always been supportive of him & still is.

Here's also the video of Gary Payton being interviewed in the Philippines and talks about training Jeremy Lin, before "Linsanity" in NY but after he signed with GSW.
