He should have retaliated and been ejected from Game 6 of the playoff series against the Lakers instead. Too little, too late.
Living in AZ, you can find Mike at SO MANY club tournaments. I always thought he was underrated as a player with the Kings, but as a coach and a "fan," he is an absolute douchebag. My team played his guys last summer and they were creaming us by 25. He kept his starters in to pound the score up. Most coaches, in my opinion, relax a little when the game is out of reach. Anyway, one of my bench guys went up and blocked a shot and Bibbs went absolutely crazy. He started screaming and hollering at the refs with multiple F-bombs. If I would have done that, my ass would have been kicked out of the tournie. I guess being a former NBA big dog has its perks. They let him berate them the rest of the 4th quarter. He's definitely a hot head when he's not playing. Thanks for the vid though!
Good role model. I learned parenting tips from his example (make sure to give some shout outs when getting escorted by policemen)
