I thought Native Americans accepted the white-man at first, then they took it all over. But they still accepted them. Our law hasn't accepted illegal immigrants like the native americans did.

ALso if an Illegals kid is born here, that kid isn't illegal. All the people that guy is calling illegal I'm sure were born here. They are just as much from North America as he is.

It's complicated. Um, the American Indian wasn't unified and the acceptance wasn't unified. Then there was broken treaties, supreme court rulings that called them basically subhuman idiots so they couldn't vote, but couldn't be recognized as a separate nation, resettlement...lots of stuff. And then your second point goes to the idea of citizenship, which can be discussed in different ways. In Japan, you're NOT Japanese just for being born there. This is a complicated issue and I'm going to watch the video for kicks now. A lot of morals can be argued on many sides, but there is no denying that most of the historical evidence shows that the US government has screwed the American Indian a whole lot. But these points I'm clarifying in retort to your statements are not indicating that I believe current citizens should all leave or anything.

Not sure why anyone would think that. Even high school history class should have made you think differently

It's like you slowly build up this alternate version in your head to feel less guilty or something...

We should forgive and forget but then not turn around and be POed by stuff like affirmative action which merely chooses between qualified candidates. As I said on another thread and another subject, life isn't fair and I'm not the type to "blame whitey" all of my problems (as a matter of fact I criticize reverse-racism) but we shouldn't lose perspective either.

Not all natives were as friendly and accepting, besides I don't think they would have been as inviting of they knew they'd be killed off and moved aside from their lands.

I'm not sure if you are a troll or not but there was more than one area of colonization other than Plymouth in North America.

The neo-liberal agenda is to sell citizenship to the poorest class of people in our nation so they may have what little wealth they have, acquired through neo-liberally-deemed "unwanted" menial labor, confiscated in the name of government social services. The status of being "illegal" is one of "untaxed" or "unmolested" by the neo-liberal priests; the irony of it all is that the social services recieved by the illegal class are not bankrupting the nation as the neo-liberal would have you believe.

You sound like a three-year-old trying to make any kind of argument, coherent or incoherent, as to why they should have ten cookies at one time here buddy.

it's well known that illegal immigrants are a big plus to balancing the books because of above-cited reasons.

There is this concept of a state with boarders, which has nothing to with the question whose family has always been inside the boarders. What he is talking about in the video is an entirely different issue. It is pretty childish if you ask me (but unfortunately many people on the other side of his argument have the same idea, which maybe is what he is getting at)
