    The Kobe system in the 4th obviously isn't working. The Lakers don't have an identity offensively or defensively. It's sad to watch.

    the heat weren't even locked in defensively till the 4th. lakers couldn't handle the increase in intensity adn TOs started happening.

    Lakers actually played a pretty good game. They just ran into the Heat who were just so much better.

    Hard for me to say since I don't watch the Celts much. But one thing that comes to mind is they are more relaxed in the locker room and on the court with the psycho gone.

    Because having a superstar PG isn't necessary, as discussed in the other thread. They are moving the ball well and it's not stuck in the assist stad-padders hands for 20 seconds a posession.
