Really wish the Rockets had won the Denver and Heat games. Thunder game is going to be tough, though I think Warriors and Clippers are beatable, albeit everyone needs to bring his A game.

Josh Smith please. Team would be so much better defensively. Can you imagine Lin running the break with Harden/Smith. Oh my.

Who's a role player on the Celtics roster before Rondo's injury?

True. I don't see much difference, at least the way Pat's been playing, to add Josh Smith. Adding him now might actually have an adverse effect. The ideal off season game plan is to acquire Howard and he becomes the old Howard. With the starting five of Howard, Patterson, Parsons, Harden, and Lin...that group is going to be as good as any in the NBA. Not to mention that in the above scenario you will still have Asik as a legitimate back to Howard. This is assuming Howard is still the old Howard....imagine all the tricks from Harden/Lin to Howard.

Just check his last six game of 3 pointers, it's been improved a lot.

Not so hot when it counts.

    Patrick "Garbage Time" Beverley.

0-2 from the field in 20 minutes.

LOL exactly. Some people are so illogical and it's like they are just rambling instead of normal talking and you don't even know what they are talking about. ;)

thought i'm the only one who noticed it. mid-game (2nd Q?), i was like, what the heck is morris doing, no boxing, no rebounds, gets far from his man - and not shooting good. morris game are 3s, if its not falling, he's useless. i mean, just stay in the 3pt area and wait for the pass. he needs to hustle. like what PPat is doing lately.

Articles about his bad defense I'm sure cross the front his face. I think react too it.

Believe or not, but I think Harden went up another notch on his superstar level. He doing everything now.

hmm... as a sportsfan, i really wish rockets could have a surprise win over heats/thunder,but at this point we are miles away.
    Baby steps.:p

As for Harden I liked his efficiency last yr but i admit he exceeds my expectation. i think he takes the 1st option role fine.Would love to know his upside .

His role is to score ?

We need someone with the role of energizing the TC crowd.

I guess you haven't been watching the Rockets' games lately. With the recent past games whenever Lin was out we kept losing our lead. There were games recently Mchale had to put Lin back in for a second time in the 1st quarter just to get the offense going again.

Today's game, all starters played very well and we were able to keep a comfortable lead. In fact even if Harden played less minutes today we would have still won. So, does that mean we don't need Harden playing that many minutes too. So whenever we get a blowout and lets say all our starters only played 25 minutes; then should they continue to only play 25 minutes? Lin was a big part of why we went into the 4th quarter with a comfortable lead, he played very efficiently along with Harden, Chandler and PPat.

So no Lin should not play less minutes. Beverly played good defense today, but 0 points is just not good enough offensively - not all games are going to be a blowout. Beverly was certainly not the person who won the game for us, not even close. If Lin was in there longer we could have won by even more points.
