If dwight's feels uncomfortable playing with his injury, and is worried about hurting him self and his career then by all mean's he should be able to sit out. Why go out and possibly re-injure yourself over mid season games with a team that doesn't even have a play-off spot, hurting your self and possibly your whole career.
Reminds me of the Tmac situation. People want him to play but he has to look at damaging his career by doing so. Keith Jones, lol.
Kobe shouldn't have said that but this clown should shut up already. People are already so fed up with him.
How about having both Asik and Dwight? Our pitch to Dwight is that he will only have to play 28-30 minutes a game, and can prolong his career.
If Kobe is truly shocked that his comments would be interpreted as him calling out Dwight Howard, then I'm pretty sure Kobe has special needs. Anyhow, Dwight should take it easy and rest up. Even if he does not hurt his shoulder, awkward posture from shoulder pain could hurt his back (and this is my 100% expert opinion). He needs to make sure that he's 100% for the Rockets next season. We need him.
Kobe's probably thinking if Dwight is going to play like that he may as well stay out. Wonder if he will say it.
