    It's been picking up, but yes the key is a defense that at last check was in the top 10 in NBA history for FG% allowed.

    Like a good offense, tough defense will only go so far in the playoffs. If the Pacers can't score down the stretch, they are cooked in the post-season. It takes balance on both ends of the court.

    If the Pacers only care about finishing with a top 4 seed, they are on the right track. If they care about advancing in the playoffs, Granger can help them if he doesn't disrupt their core identity.
