Whenever Lin plays in Miami he has flashbacks of how bad he plays. He's going to have to overcome this one day can't play like crap to the same team every time other than that I thought everyone else played good I really like Anderson he seems nice

Heat know to attack Lin is to destabilize our offense.

Problem with Miami is they are so big and strong, and Lin is not able to handle the physicality of it.

They are bumping him and doubling him at every turn. They have done their homework and studied the film. Setting up road blocks on the baseline. On picks they are simply double teaming him and not worrying about the roller since they know that Lin will have trouble passing over him.

    It's brilliant defense.

We looked better with Douglas out there. Time play TD.

Suck *** and get molested all game long.

Lin is the Heat's ATM. Pressure and he'll give you the ball

The problem is most of the league does not have Miami's personnel.

Sounds good, if only the rest of the league had perimiter defenders like LeBron, Wade, and Cole.

Basically means "its not Lin's fault, its because of the Refs that he is playing this way".

not surprised. if the heat can make steve nash (who is can handle the ball) look bad, they will make lin look even worse. when the heat want to, they can make you look foolish

This. Lin's probably tired from last night anyways, and the Heat don't seem to swarm TD as much as they do to Lin.

Seriously, we went bad when Harden & Lin came in and stopped the ball movement completely. Harden has been holding the ball over his head on way too many plays and Lin is just scared, plain and simple. Douglas at least RUNS the show, Anderson attacks and dishes while Parsons was killing them. Also, the Adrich trade value was seriously killed tonight so leave his ass on the bench. He couldn't crack the rotation in my own amateur team and we play only within 1 region and are terrible.

Granted that was mostly against the Heat's 2nd unit. I don't think there's any combination the Rockets have that will beat the Heat's 1st unit.

With the Heat defense, you have to make quick decisions. Lin hesitates and they abuse him. Also, I hate going small ever against these guys. They have trouble with big frontcourts; they kill small ball.

Yup - just bump him enough to loosen his dribble. Cut him off to make him pick up his dribble then surround. They are rendering him completely ineffective. Need to play him against their 2nd unit.

    Finally one person with brain...

Of course the Heats are trying to shut down Lin because he is the motor of this team.
Therefore the other players need to step up when they are doubling him.

Of course Lin is not playing well. He needs to be more aggressive. But he doesn't kill this team.

I honestly can't believe this has been such a consistent problem for Lin. Adjust, make the pass quicker or something damn it -- do something different.

Lebron wasn't out there when TD was playing.
