So everyone here must've missed the part where he couldn't box-out and grab the rebound off of a missed free-throw attempt on two consecutive possessions.
I was going to post the same thing, Dmo def shows his skills in his limited PT. Put on more muscle and he could be dangerous.
unless aldrich is being showcased, dmo should be playing instead of him. that was a nice slick big man move he pulled off tonight. His talent is for real.
It's a lot easier to put on weight than it is to learn post moves, and learning knowing how to apply post moves is also whole different matter. D-Mo already possess a large arsenal of post moves, and is already effectively using them (very effectively I would say). He is very good with both hands, and has a very good shooting touch for a big man. So much potential.
[circular argument mode] How do we know DMo is better than Terrence Jones. We haven't seen Jones play, yet. [/circular argument mode]
Play him at least 15 minutes for once god damn it. His time will come, but McHale surely could find more minutes for him.
In fairness a couple of those were clearly fantom fouls by an officiating crew over compensating for GS getting blown out.
They should really consider this. Specially if they stand pat at the trade deadline. Yesterday they did this at the end of the game, when they had Motiejunas at the four, Smith at the five, and Morris at the three. It adds extra fire power to the bench. But of course this would involve expanding the rotation and reducing Parsons minutes, but given the pace by which this team plays and the amount of minutes Parsons is putting in, I think it would be a welcomed change.
Could someone make a highglight for DMo defense/off rebounting? To clear the thing out and see what's wrong
Why not? at least he'd get to play more, at this point it doesn't matter if he fouls out, he will learn eventually.
