    You're welcome to go elsewhere with your fandom. I heard the same about Artest then he helped us get to the second round.

    can i participate?

    there seems to be references to harden and lin in the OP.

    morey originally signed lin to play with martin, with their styles appearing to complement each other.

    then, morey lands harden. the first half of this season has been an experiment trying to get the two to play well together.

    the results have been marginal and given lin's 3rd year cap hit, morey obviously decides to focus on building around harden and is shopping lin.

    so... lin and garnett swap teams? (along with other pieces)

    eh, i don't know, total shot in the dark.

    Garnett's a prick ...the prick we need. How often do we b**** about the passivity and lack of hard nosed attitude and physicality at the 4 spot? seriously! Garnett would work great next to Asik. So hoping this happens; especially because his last year isn't guaranteed.

    Holy crap, just read it again. The Harden theory is interesting. Don't think he will get traded or anything, but this is def fishy.

    I agree, he's tough and brings a very aggresive game to the table and would love it for us, but averaging 12 mil. a year for the next 3 is a pretty high price for a 37 year old declining PF.

    I hope it's not him for basketball reasons not his attitude.

    LOL at people thinking Harden getting traded.

    Morey obtains legitimate super star.

    Trades legitimate super star for aging KG. Brilliant!

    Exactly. He can teach Patterson to grow a pair of pricks!

    Proof is in the picture?
    I see a lot of C's and a "dc" in the pic
    C = Cousins?
    dc = DeMarcus Cousins?

    "Huge R in the middle made out of diamonds", the only thing I can think of is Dwight being a big rebounder with a huge contract. Maybe he's getting traded hopefully not to Houston.

    Thought it has been established that Lin's cap hit is a little over 8 mil per year? The cap hit for the Rockets is averaged over three years, despite what Lin is actually paid.

    oops, my mistake. i got it reversed. you are right.

    still, 8mil cap hit for lin's role next to harden might make morey rethink things.

    No chance it's Harden, even though they seem like references to Royce I just don't see how he has any value whatsoever at this moment.

    Unless it's a cap relief deal (similar to the one that Memphis and Cleveland did), where the Rockets give someone cap relief and get a first rounder and throw Royce in there as part of the deal.

    It might be Garnett, but I only want him if Morey is able to avoid including Parsons, Asik or Lin.

    Give Boston all the PFs

    You heard wrong, KG and Artest have very little in common in terms of demeanour and style of play, though this has changed since he's been too long in Hollywood, and I doubt there were many people saying he's biggest punk / ahole and fake tough guy in the league at the time.

    Really? How can Royce be traded?

    He just signed an elaborate side agreement with the Rockets. Would the Celtics just sign the same thing?

    Technically player contracts are with the NBA not to the individual teams.
