EddieWasSnubbed is correct. I'm almost positive this is about Royce. Lots of details that would make absolutely no sense for Garnett. The posters, wanting to be "the next big thing". "Say bad things about us on TV". "his fans". "having his own website wasn't enough". etc...

My prediction is Royce is ready to rejoin the team, or some big falling out will take place and end the Royce drama (see: minor trade). I find it hard to believe that he would go to great lengths to pick that particular time stamp with a great coincidence of the Mavs and celtics having played on that particular night. Too big of a stretch for me.

In all my years on clutchfans I don't think I've ever deciphered a Doc Rocket riddle correctly...except for "he's coMing", which frankly, Doc must have just given up on.

I really don't get why we would pursue Garnett. Specially if Morey is thinking long term. I mean Garnett at best has two or three more seasons left in him. IMO the short term gain doesn't justify giving up any significant long term pieces. Although I would be willing to part with Patterson, Morris and Royce White.
