    Is Millsap good defensively?

If not, maybe Smih since he's a good weak-side shot blocker. He's compliment Asik greatly but my worry with him is that he's known to be a stupid person on offense.

J-Smith. He would help on defense, and with Asik grabbing every rebound he would be a beast on the fast break.

in no order here are some others
    Favors Utah
    Blair San Antonio
    Aminu New Orelans
    Splitter San Antonio.

FAvors is who I most want but the kid in New Orelans could really help our Bench scoring and be able to give Parson a breather.

I would take either Paul Milsap or Josh Smith depending on what their value is.

How about we get both Granger and Evans and Cousins. let me know what u guys think?

I got couple trades in mind.

    First we trade:

    Houston In: Granger, O. Johnson
Houston out: 2Pat, Delfino, Douglas + Pick (if needed)

    then for second trade:

Houston In: Cousins, Evans, and bring back Chuck wagon
Housotn out: Lin, Parsons, Aldrich, Morris

if we make these 2 trade our line up would looks like

    Evans / Beverley
    Harden / O. Johnson / Anderson
    Granger / White
    Cousins / Donuts / TJ
    Asik / Chuck

That looks like a good team which have equal balance of offense power and defense power.

I feel there are plenty of possibilities that would make the Rockets a sure playoff team and if that's the Rockets' goal, they could target 1-4 and succeed. But if their goal is to contend for a championship long-term, I feel they should wait, so my view is "None of the Above."

Daryl and the front office are very creative though so I could see them pulling off something interesting. Personally though, I'd rather they seek to acquire picks again so they're in a decent position for the next Harden-esque move.

I don't see any problem with the FO making a short term move to ensure a playoff chance this year. Anybody they could acquire would be easy to move in the event a better player becomes available. That's why I'm partial to the Josh Smith move. He'd ensure that we fulfill our first round pick obligation to Atlanta by getting into the playoffs, and depending on what he's asking, we can let him go in free agency, or have a solid piece moving forward for the team or in trades.

Millsap wasn't impressive when the Jazz got beaten up by the Rox. If we can get J. Smith or Cousins or both, that will be great. But who will be traded out in return?

No one that compromises our cap space and doesnt fill the roll of star or potential star.

I don't see a huge trade. Maybe take an expiring from a team over the cap in return for a pick.....not much else. We just don't have the salary peices to make something work right now.

I wonder if James Harden is still on the hunt to find another player for this team

None of those guys would help against OKC and that's the team we will have to go through to get to the top. We need to get stronger in other areas.
