    Day 1: finished a paper, fell asleep for 7 consecutive hours
    Day 2: worked out (main highlight was doing 1025 Calories on a treadmill in one sitting)

    Beginning the 3rd day. My problem is the down time. When I am occupied with work or other activities I'm fine. When there isn't much to do but relax or chill out is when the trouble starts.....idle hands indeed!

    MY ADVICE:
    -Take this 1 day at a time. You can do it, but don't get ahead of yourself.
    -Rewatch the "Great p*rn Experiment" video every 5 days during your quest. This will make you remember why you're doing what you're doing and give extra motivation.
    -Don't watch p*rn, and say you won't fap. One thing will lead to another, and you WILL end up fapping.

    Follow these 3 rules and you will be succesful on your journey.

    Really struggled today. Found myself wanting to visit pornhub...Actually managed to type it in google before I quickly closed the browser and proceeded to doing push-ups.

    I'm going to see how far I can take this. Starting now I'm going to even stop fantasizing/mirin' woman on pictures or tv, just to see if there's any benefit from that, though maybe that's not that good of an idea since I'm not going to apply the benefits out in the market. Thank God my gf is arriving on Wednesday after being away for a month, I've never missed her as much though she has been away for longer than that in several occasions.
