We should call him "Patr-Lebron James-ick Patterson". Rolls right off the tongue.

When breaking down value of points scored even on an assisted basket, the person who scores the points by far has the most value to that basket. Whether it's because he can make a jumpshot, or he runs the break, or he attack the basket. If it's as easy as you think, players like Amare or Malone would've been much more common.

The problem with Patterson isn't that he's scoring off of playmaking of others, but that he's not doing it enough. If he actually is as active in finding the open spot or attack the basket, he'd be the player Morey envisioned at the draft.

    Asik/Gortat
    Taj Gibson/Pat
    Parsons/Delfino
Harden/combo 2 that can actually shoot
    Lin/Beverly

    That lineup can contend

really good performance for ppat, but we still need a decent power forward who knows how to play defense.

a great game against the bobcats doesn't changed the strong need of a defensa forward for the paint

He deserves a lot of credit. Consistency plus defense is needed.

I missed the game, but this was awesome. Have to give 2Pat credit for this one!

I loved how animated Bill Worrell was. Classic.

Patrick just has to put it all together. This is why he angers some of us because we know he's capable of stuff like this...so when we see him not battling for boards and being soft it's more like 'WTF'

At least that's why I'm hard on him because I expect more out of him than say...Cole Aldrich :p

Not to be a downer, but he still only grabbed 4 rebounds. Guy like PPat's going to have a hot shooting night from time to time. We'll know he's put it all together if and when he starts to rebound consistently.

I like Landry. But Pat is a better shooter hands down.
