I read about the Rockets here, on twitter and other places. I watch highlights on youtube. I'd like to see a full game, but hey, outta sight, outta mind.

I don't live in Houston so the comcast problem isn't a big deal. But even if I were, it wouldn't matter. I generally download the games afterwards now rather than watch them live anyway.

I agree that it sucks but it hasn't effected how much I watch the Rockets or how much I cheer and follow them.

The only things that are different is that besides the few games I have been to this year and the few that were on tv, I watch the games about an hour behind. I download every game from this thread and watch it in high quality video. The only thing is that it's about an hour behind of the actual game.

Also it has made a difference of watching the games with other people, usually I watch the games by myself.

I'm still hoping that since football is over that after the allstar break that we will get the Rockets back on tv.

I went back and read the rest of this thread and I'm surprised how many people aren't following the Rockets now.

Again I agree the situation sucks but this is a fun team to watch and it is one of the best seasons in years because of the young players with a lot of upside.

It's not that hard to download the game and watch quality video. If you have a newer computer it's very easy to connect an HDMI cable from the computer to the tv .

Lol if you liked watching a team with no potential or future that won the 14th pick every year you'll really love this young team with future star Harden :)

damn, that sucks. I assume they allowed you at one point so are they re-imbursing you or anything? Do you have fees with Dish for canceling?

    Stupid management. (apt and Les)

I don't have Comcast and I've gone to a sports bar at least 10 times this season to watch games. I guess I'm just an idiot.

PS: not to mention listening to the games via the NBA iPhone app when I can't make it to a bar.
